Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

• 24 months gap required between for Travel at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - WVU Medicine.

Additional Details:

Artificial nails are not allowed for travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If the candidate worked at the facility as permanent staff in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from the permanent facility.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job being applied to.

Required Skills/Experience: - C-arm and fluoro experience required.

Special Requests: - Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system. - Previous permanent candidates must be gone for 2 years. - Previous travelers who worked there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years. - For previous travelers, cumulative experience applies when determining current/previous employee eligibility. - Travel teams must be submitted together.

Unit Details: - Performs XR, OR (c-arm), and fluoro studies. - Uses Fuji Synapse. - Equipment includes Toshiba Rad Rooms, Carestream portables, and OEC c-arms. - Residents are in-house 24/7. - No IV starts required.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekends and holidays as scheduled. - No call or standby required.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
