Position Details Well-established, growing practice Monday‑Friday weekly schedule with option of a 4‑ or 5‑day work week Minimal call through group shared call 100% Outpatient Practice Strong support staff available EPIC EMR Requirements Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start Board Certified or Board Eligible 2+ years of prior practicing experience preferred Clinical doctorate is required Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients required Licensed physician in the state of practice required Basic Life Support (BLS) required Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to specialty Must have successfully completed, or be in the process of completing, an accredited residency program COVID‑19 vaccine requirement or approved medical or religious exemption Pay Pay range: $320,106 - $390,656 (inclusive of family and internal medicine, based on experience).
