CNC Machine Operator – Level III | Now Hiring

On-site | Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift)

Comp $30 – $45/hr based on experience, skills, and certification

We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our precision machining team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong read on blueprints, and a track record of keeping complex machines running right — we want to hear from you. This is a role where craftsmanship matters and your expertise directly impacts the quality of what we build.

What You'll Do

▸ Set up and operate multi-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers ▸ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical work instructions with precision ▸ Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and indicators ▸ Troubleshoot production issues and make program edits as needed ▸ Monitor and adjust tooling, fixturing, feeds, speeds, and coolant systems ▸ Maintain a clean, safe work environment and mentor newer operators

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of experience with complex multi-axis machining centers (relevant apprenticeship or vocational training may be considered in combination with work experience) ✔ High school diploma or GED required; vocational/machining certification preferred ✔ Confident reading shop blueprints and technical specs ✔ Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments (mics, calipers, height gauges, indicators) ✔ Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and edit CNC programs ✔ Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected person)
