Caregiver – Non-Medical In-Home Care | Nala CareLocation: Fremont, Nebraska & Surrounding Areas Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and availability Nala Care is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our growing team!Our caregivers provide non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingBathing, grooming, dressing, and personal careMeal preparation and light housekeepingMobility and transfer assistanceCompanionship and supervisionMedication remindersTransportation and errands when assignedFollow individual client care plansMaintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and Nala Care staffAccurately document services providedCommunicate scheduling and client-related information through AxisCareRequirementsMust be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on timeMust successfully complete all required background screeningsMust provide or complete required First Aid, CPR, and Abuse & Neglect training before being placed on the scheduleReliable transportation is strongly preferredValid driver's license and automobile insurance required for positions involving client transportationAbility to safely assist clients with personal care and mobility needsProfessional, respectful, and compassionate attitudePrevious caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positionsWhy Work for Nala Care?Flexible schedulingFull-time and part-time opportunitiesConsistent client hours availableSupportive office and scheduling teamOpportunity for additional hoursMeaningful work helping people remain independent in their homesGrowing local company with opportunities for advancementWe Are Looking for Caregivers Who Are:Reliable.
