Clinical Pharmacist: Patient Care & Medication Safety Leader

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to provide age-specific pharmaceutical care and essential clinical services. Responsibilities include managing medication orders, supervising team members, and participating in departmental committees. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or Pharm.D., possess active pharmacy licensure in the appropriate state, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in hospital pharmacy and advanced clinical training are preferred.
