Corporate Office Hyway Transportation Dublin, OH 43017, USA Description Sales Representatives learn about the transportation industry through a cradle-to-grave freight brokerage environment, developing an understanding of prospecting, pricing, customer management, carrier procurement, freight execution, and account growth. While the primary focus of this role is securing new business, team members are expected to learn how freight moves through the organization so they can better serve customers and create long-term growth opportunities. This position provides a growth path for individuals seeking to build a career in freight brokerage sales while contributing to the continued growth of HYWAY Logistics.
