Job Description

The carpenter will work closely with the foreman to ensure projects, including those with underground precast concrete garage systems, are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead day-to-day onsite construction operations for multifamily projects.
• Assist with punch lists, unit and building turnover processes, and final project delivery activities.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Hands-on experience with underground precast concrete garage systems
• Proficiency in carpentry, including framing, trim work, and installation of trusses.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.

Hours

7:00am to 4:30pm M-Th and 7:00am-11:00am Fridays

(hours may vary depending on project needs)

This is a Permanent position based out of Lodi, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lodi,WI.
