Optometrist | Full-time | Part-time | Family-Owned | Beaverton, Oregon Pay: $110,000 - $150,000***negotiable**** About Our Practice Pacific Eye Group is a family-owned optometry practice starting in March 2019 in Portland, Oregon. We have since decided to open an additional location in Eugene. We are a doctor-owned, patient-centric group providing convenient, caring, and personalized Eyecare to our patients inside Visionworks. We handle all insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring & training, without on-call or after-hours work. Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye exams Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease Prescribe corrective lenses Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients Maintain patient records using Crystal PM EMR Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree Valid state license to practice optometry A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Compensation And Benefits We reward our FT doctors with competitive salaries and generous bonus incentives (commensurate with experience) as well as benefits including: Health insurance Dental insurance Sick time Vacation days Malpractice insurance Licensing fees Continuing education (CE) 401k Benefits Negotiable pay Visionworks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
