Fridley, MN/ Mississauga, ON {Canada} (Onsite) Contract or Full Time both are ok
• Lead Process Engineer for the HyLYZER® 1000-30 hydrogen electrolyzer product platform (seconded to Accelera by Cummins)
• Leading a team of eight process engineers through execution of product design reviews, product development, and customer order engineering for the product.
• Reviewing document updates and developing improvements to the product standard design.
• Driving key platform function developments in functional safety (HAZOP/PHA) and oxygen service material compatibility assessment.
• Negotiating cross-functionally for various issues including relief valve sizing/piping and hydrogen purification system dryer/regeneration system design.
• Coordinating, developing, and communicating responses to customer project technical inquiries.
• Working with project managers, suppliers, other engineers, designers, and production team to resolve discrepancies and address process design and schedule risks.
• Supporting the platform process team with guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
