Job Title : Sr. Architect | Project Manager  
Position Location: Boston, MA
Approx. Length of Position : Direct Hire
Degree Required: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

We're seeking a Senior Architect | Project Manager to join our client’s collaborative, design-driven studio. Your strengths leans towards Project Management and/or Project Architecture , you'll have the opportunity to lead projects from early planning through construction while working closely with clients, consultants, and an experienced team of architects committed to thoughtful, sustainable design. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through programming, design, documentation, bidding, and construction.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.
• Maintain design continuity while ensuring successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, municipalities, and school districts.
• Lead presentations, public meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Build consensus among user groups and community partners.
• Guide design solutions that balance functionality, sustainability, and long-term value.
• Oversee construction documents and technical quality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and construction standards.
• Develop creative, client-focused architectural solutions.
• Construction Administration
• Mentor junior architects and project staff

Required Qualifications:

• 10 to 15+ years of professional architectural experience
• Licensed Architect (RA) preferred
• Experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction
• Experience with educational, municipal, institutional, or other public-sector projects
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and public bidding processes
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 

Technical / Software skills:

• Proficiency with ArchiCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Technical / Software skills:

• Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Candidates must be experienced in wood frame construction documentation
