Home Health Administrator/Branch Director

$100,000–$115,000 base, plus performance bonus potential of up to 20% of base

A senior housing provider (assisted living, memory care and independent living) is growing a licensed home health agency serving AHCA Region 5. The agency is operating and has an active patient census, and we need an experienced administrator to lead it, strengthen its operations and take it to the next level of growth and quality in Pasco and Pinellas counties.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and Medicare/Medicaid survey and accreditation readiness
• Build out the clinical and office team as census grows, and develop staff
• Manage the budget, PDGM revenue performance, and payor relationships
• Refine and scale policies, processes and systems to support growth
• Develop community relationships with physicians, hospitals and other providers, in full compliance with Anti-Kickback and patient-choice requirements
• Serve residents of affiliated communities who choose us, as well as the broader community

Required

• Meets Florida and Medicare home health administrator qualifications
• 3+ years as a home health administrator
• Demonstrated ability to grow an agency's census and referral base
• Ability to develop and execute financial strategy
• Eligibility to pass Level 2 background screening under the AHCA clearinghouse

Preferred

• Medicare certification and accreditation experience (Joint Commission or ACHC) xhyhwjd
• Experience scaling a small or early-stage agency
• Established Tampa Bay referral-source relationships

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $100,000–$115,000
• Annual performance bonus potential of up to 20% of base, based on quality, compliance and financial results
