Professional Caregiver

In-Home Caregiver | $16-18/hr SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on‑one care to clients in their homes. We're looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We offer a variety of schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours. What You'll Do Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Mobility and transfer assistance Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Companionship and supervision Transportation and errands when required by the care plan Assistance with other activities of daily living based on the client's needs Pay & Scheduling $16.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Part‑time and full‑time opportunities Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available Flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs Overtime and qualifying holidays paid at time-and-a-half This is a W-2 employee position .
