About the Position

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: General Imaging Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2-3 years minimum required License: ARRT-CT Certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT Must-Have: General CT experience from a hospital setting Experience with various patient types including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room Experience with GE equipment (GE Revolution and Evo preferred) Description: We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our imaging department. The role involves working with a variety of patient types, including some pediatrics. Experience with general anatomy, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alerts, CTA perfusion studies, and imaging of the chest, abdomen, pelvis, and head is essential. Procedural skills in biopsies and drains are also required. The technician will work in a supportive environment with other CT techs, radiology nurses, and the central transport team. The charting system used is EPIC. The position does not require weekend rotation or on-call duties. Holiday expectations include working one summer and one winter holiday. All staff, including travelers, are subject to a fatigue policy limiting hours worked per week. Scrub color is flexible, except for camo and denim.
