As an Automotive Service Advisor at Infiniti of Beachwood, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support for their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. You will coordinate communication between customers and our service technicians, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a seamless service experience that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their automotive service needs.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed service estimates and explain necessary repairs or maintenance to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repair work.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and any changes to estimates.
- Process payments and maintain accurate service records.
- Promote additional services and maintenance to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computer software for service documentation and scheduling.
