Job TitleMainly working skilled nursing facility (Bruceville), but will also be trained to float to Methodist, the inpatient acute care hospital (same parking lot)OK with a new grad with 6 months experience, as long as that experience is in either acute care or skilled nursing; preferably skilled nursing experienceCertifications: CA PT license, and AHA BLSEMR: CernerRehab Aides/OTA/PTA: NoNo Weekend RequirementNo HolidaysPossibly Scrub Color/Uniform: burgundyOutpatient and Inpatient: Inpatient onlyPharmacy: 24/7Shifts: 8 hour days, EOWWhat areas are they required to cover? A, B, C, and D stationFloor specific orientationCommon diagnosis / Types of patient: total joint replacements, stroke, deconditioning, pneumonia and balance difficulties associated with general medical conditions. CVA, TKA, THA, COPD. also usually Geriatric patients with chronic conditions ; Ortho, NeuroMUST HAVE SKILLS: Able to work independently and perform transfers. Excellent communication skills; Work closely with Interdisciplinary team
