My name is Mitch and I am the owner of Sveagle Plumbing
We cover Summit & Eagle Counties. For the first month or so you will be meeting up with me at my house in Vail. After that I will give you a van and you will take it home and you will meet me on job sites. You do not need to drive to Eagle every morning
I am looking for one person who i can personally train to become an amazing plumber!
You do not need any experience!
However, I do have some pre-requisites:
1. Clean DMV / Clean background - No Felonies
2. Must have experience working with your hands
3. Must be able to work overtime regularly
4. Must be able to meet me in the Solana Beach area every morning at 8am
Im a 3rd generation plumber and have been doing this my whole life. I was taught the right way to plumb and I was taught in the most effecient manner.
Most plumbing apprenticeships out there are not really apprenticeships. They are mainly classroom / book work which is mostly not applicable or you will forget the information anyways. Or, you just end up handing tools to the plumber and cleaning up the job site and not really learning anything.
Not here!
I want you doing as much of the work as possible!
1. I can train you up 10x faster than any other apprenticeship
2. My body gets a break!
The pay starts at $20/hour.
You'll be riding around with me on jobs for 6-12 months, or maybe longer.
During that time you will be getting dirty, wet , cut, bruised, burned etc. And you will learn so much. You will learn the plumbing code and how to have amazing customer service
After 6-12 months, or maybe longer if I feel you need more time to learn, I will put you in a van on your own.
At that time you will either become an installer (this is where the jobs are sold for you and you just install them) or a selling tech (this is where you sell and do your own jobs)
Along the way you will get raises
My goal is to get you to 100k+ within a few years!
