Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $25.00/ hour Responsibilities Operational Analysis

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics
• Develop reports and dashboards

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Support system optimization

Operational Oversight

• Maintain visibility into workflows and execution
• Identify and resolve process gaps

Inspection Vendor Oversight

• Track vendor purchase orders and performance

Building Operations & Culture

• Support internal culture and team engagement initiatives
• Assist in maintaining a positive workplace environment

Cross-Functional Support

• Act as a cross-trained operational resource
• Support continuity across departments

Equipment & Materials Procurement

• Assist in ordering and procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Support inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting cycle counts
• Help maintain warehouse organization, layout, and material storage standards

Office Manager Support

• Support the office manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assist with general office operations as needed

  Required Skills

• 2+ years relevant experience; administrative, coordination, or operational experience, particularly in service, construction, project coordination, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational & multitasking ability
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication skills
• Comfort handling confidential information
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $25.00/ hour
