Shift: M-F (4-5 days/week) 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Our practice offers the best of both worlds-located just one hour from Cincinnati in a small town setting, with an easy commute if you prefer city living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct routine exams and provide preventive dental care.
- Perform a wide range of procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and prosthodontics.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license.
- Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft or Open Dental preferred).
- Familiarity with endodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication is a plus.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
- Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
