This role prioritizes and coordinates nursing interventions efficiently, ensuring the safe and effective use of time and resources while practicing within a standards‑based care framework. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, supports patient and family needs, and contributes to a positive, professional care environment. Qualifications Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License required Academic Preparation: Degree from accredited academic nursing program Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire BLS We're All About Well‑being, Starting With Yours.
