Job Overview
Join Green SM USA as a Taxi Driver and drive a company-provided electric vehicle. As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive $20.25/hour base pay , with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives based on eligible driving activity and applicable performance requirements. No personal vehicle is required.

What You'll Do
- Safely and professionally transport passengers
- Provide courteous, professional customer service
- Use the Green SM Driver app to accept and complete trips
- Operate and care for the company-provided vehicle
- Follow California traffic laws and company safety policies
- Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 23
- Valid California driver’s license
- Driving record that meets company requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safe driving
- Ability to meet applicable employment and legal requirements
- Previous taxi, rideshare, delivery, or professional driving experience is a plus
Schedule Full-time. Specific schedules and working hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
