Tuition reimbursement & continuing education opportunities Access to online learning resources Employee referral rewards & recognition programs 403B & 401a retirement plans Supportive leadership and a mission-driven culture Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards What You Need to Succeed: Valid NJ Physical Therapy License 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation Working Conditions / Physical Demand Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
