Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing our customer base as we expand our network. This role includes a mix of door-to-door sales, community outreach, and lead generation. Working directly with the Office Manager and Director of Marketing, you will develop sales strategies and leads both in our existing coverage area and in future coverage areas. You will build relationships with area businesses, HOAs, and other centers of influence to ensure we are front of mind when new residents come in.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Go door-to-door in current coverage areas to sign-up new customers
• Work with Marketing to deliver marketing materials to future coverage areas and drive community interest in our service
• Track interested households in new and existing coverage areas to follow-up with
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, HOAs, community centers, and other centers of influence
• Generate leads through self-conducted research and networking

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Should be able to work Saturdays
• Must be ambitious and self-motivated
• Should be organized
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Works well without requiring close supervision
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Education and Experience:

• Must have a valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 5 years
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Prior sales experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable being on your feet your entire workday
• Must be able to walk through neighborhoods without frequent or long breaks

Compensation and Benefits:

• Company provides all required equipment, including phone and laptop
• This is a base pay + commission role.
• Uncapped commissions
