Pilot Plant Operator

* **Learn and apply the Pilot Plant operations SOPs*** **Produce R&D prototypes*** **Clean and maintain all equipment in the Pilot Plant*** **Operate a forklift as needed*** **Operate a crane as needed*** **Communicate job problems and concerns with peers and the Pilot Plant Manager*** **Perform job duties while utilizing safe operating procedures, as laid out in the SOP manuals*** **Assist in process troubleshooting*** **Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor*** **Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills*** **Basic math skills*** **Mechanically inclined*** **Industrial work experience*** **Ability to operate heavy machinery*** **Ability to become certified in using a forklift*** **Ability to become certified in using a crane*** **Ability to read and write in English*** **Good oral and written communication skills*** **Excellent organizational skills*** **Ability to work well with a team*** **High reliability and punctuality*** **Ability to effectively plan*** **Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends on short notice******Education:** High school diploma or GED******Experience:** N/A****Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
