Role Overview We are seeking a Receptionist for our veterinary practice. The role involves managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, ensuring smooth scheduling, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Your Impact as a Receptionist Be the Director of First Impressions : Manage the multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect the practice’s commitment to compassionate care. Ensure Seamless Care Coordination : Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently. Advocate for Pet Health : Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to promote optimal pet wellness. Embody Compassion and Empathy : Serve as a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every interaction while treating each pet as if it were your own. What You'll Bring to the Team A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
