This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee operations, inspire a team, help deliver the exceptional cleaning services, forklift and floor scrubbing operations that our clients rely on every day. - Manage and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial cleaning sites.
- Mange or perform hands on commercial cleaning duties including: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, floor scrubbing, and forklift operations.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met by inspecting completed work
- Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding any site-specific needs, concerns, or special requests
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational requirements
- Required management or supervisory experience
- Preferred experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and forklift operations
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings if needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shit's duration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
