Harvest Winemaking Assistant

Join the team and support luxury winemaking during the harvest season. This role assists with harvest planning, fermentation monitoring, wine and juice movement tracking, inventory management, and cellar operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor fermentations and bulk wine inventory
• Create work orders using wine management software and Excel
• Coordinate with cellar, lab, maintenance, and winemaking teams
• Assist with pressings, racking, toppings, and pump-over activities
• Prepare samples for tastings and support special projects
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Basic math and data entry skills
• Winemaking knowledge preferred but not required
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
• Training provided

Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday
• Start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• 8–10 hour shifts

Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour

Start Date: Early August
