ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.POSITION SUMMARY: As a Warehouse Operator II, you'll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You'll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You'll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safelyLoad and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentationPerform cycle counts and update inventory systemsOrganize and label warehouse storage areasPick, pack, and stage materials for shipmentInspect equipment and report maintenance needsCollaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflowFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED preferred1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operationsAbility to obtain forklift certificationProven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipmentAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shiftComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSKILLS:Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systemsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Able to read, write, and understand EnglishStrong organization and time managementTeam-oriented and dependable2nd shift employees are entitled to an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential. Pay: $20.65 per hour Bonus Eligibility: Yes The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
