What You'll Do:

• Lead complex systems analysis, application design, and development efforts, serving as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor on major projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, effective solutions, including detailed technical and functional specifications, project estimates, and technical project plans.
• Guide and coordinate development activities across project teams, providing technical direction, mentoring, and oversight to less experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with development, operations, technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors throughout the full development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, debugging, and user acceptance.
• Evaluate existing applications, technologies, processes, and vendor solutions to identify opportunities for improved performance, efficiency, innovation, and risk management. 

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in analysis/application development.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.     
• Minimum 6 years of experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced SQL development, data modeling, query tuning, indexing, procedures, troubleshooting
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Liquibase database change management, versioning, rollback, CI/CD, deployment automation
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Azure SQL, Java, Spring Boot, JDBC/JPA, secure integration, migration, mentoring

• Associate Degree
• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong lateral thinking skills.
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective.
• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
• Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
• Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
