ERP Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with business, technical development, and application admin teams for GAP analysis, business requirements, technical development, patch application, and successful delivery of Finance projects
• Ensure adherence to processes and organizational controls including SDLC and change management
• Collaborate across global IT Finance and IT Supply Chain teams for process, support, and delivery activities
• Execute technical activities such as system configuration, data extract/load, and report development
• Act as IT Finance business partner and support implementation of financial projects
• Participate in estimation and sizing of efforts
• Train and educate local finance users on IT Finance applications
• Troubleshoot complex applications with multiple integrations
• Support system stability, issue resolution, and potentially off-hours/on-call support

Skills:

• Oracle EBS Finance (R12) expertise
• Oracle Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpense, AGIS, Project Accounting, OPM Costing
• Oracle PL/SQL
• Integration experience with APIs and XML templates
• Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report processes
• SDLC and change management understanding
• Data analytics tools (Tableau is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and in global teams
• Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain / Process Manufacturing (preferred)

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of IT/industry experience
• 8+ years hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance applications
• Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• Experience working in SOX-compliant environments (preferred)
