As a Float Direct Support Professional, you'll provide support across multiple residential programs throughout the Greater Keene area, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives. No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and enjoys working with a variety of people and teams.

Whether you're helping someone achieve personal goals, participate in community activities, learn new skills, or navigate daily routines, you'll make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct support in residential settings
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care as needed
• Support community involvement and meaningful activities
• Cover shifts at various locations based on program needs
• Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure quality coverage and continuity of support
• Promote independence, choice, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Open availability, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and participation in an on-call rotation
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Experience in human services is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
