Hours of Work 40 Days Of Week M-F Work Shift 8X5 Day (United States of America) Job Description Job Purpose In this highly visible, fast‑paced, and challenging position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Trauma Registrar maintains a data base unique to the trauma population. This can include identification, collection, coding, scoring and entering of data into the trauma registry data base as well as performing follow‑up for the purposes of incidence, treatment and outcomes, performance improvement, administrative planning and marketing, support programs, and research activities. Job Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent, Required Licenses and/or Certifications Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) within one year of employment for experienced registrars and three years of employment for new registrars, Required For campuses going through American College of Surgeons verification, CAISS certification is required for a designated staff member to meet verification standards.
