Contract Administrator

Overview Assist with the review, amendment, and execution of various transmission agreements and contracts. Support compliance with open access transmission tariffs and federal regulations impacting transmission operations. Maintain accurate reports and data in systems to monitor and report on contracts. Collaborate with team members and management to communicate statuses, issues, and updates. Support strategic initiatives, including regulatory compliance and merger activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; or a minimum of five years' relevant work experience with a high school diploma or GED. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build relationships internally and externally.
