Call Center Associate

Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients over the phone. Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Gather and document information accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Schedule consultations and direct callers appropriately. Build rapport quickly and create a positive experience for every caller. Maintain accurate records using internal systems. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client service. Requirements High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller, Personal Banker, Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Associate, Receptionist, or Call Center Representative. Outstanding verbal communication skills with a polished, articulate, and professional phone presence. Experience handling high-volume inbound calls. Proven ability to provide white-glove customer service.
