Job Title:Engineering Development ProgramDepartment:Engineering & ScienceCountry:United States of AmericaState/Province:ArkansasCity:LowellFull/Part Time:Full timeJob Summary:Under routine supervision, this position will participate in a rotational program to utilize problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization through well-defined projects.Job Description:Key Responsibilities: • Acquire understanding of the organization's processes and systems to improve efficiency • Gain awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis • Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including, but not limited to operations, pricing, financial, and customer information • Present findings and solutions to business partners and/or customers with guidance from senior team membersQualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and trainingThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.Compensation:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
