...a professional, specializing in providing exceptional customer service experience, maintaining relationships, while selling Honda new and used vehicles to customers?
If you answered "YES", here are a few details about the position:
The ideal individual would:
- Uphold the Hyundai image, by presenting oneself in accordance with the Company and Hyundai brand
- Realize that business is built on Hyundai customer satisfaction and devote oneself to guaranteeing satisfaction to Hyundai customers
- Be able to determine each Hyundai customer's vehicle needs by asking questions, listening and the ability to select the vehicle that best fits the Hyundai customer's needs
- Maintain a relationship with Hyundai customers
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of competitive models and their features, and how they compare to any new or used Planet Hyundai vehicles in inventory
- Sell new and used vehicles by using Negotiation-Free method, taught by Planet training and development team
