What You'll Do

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Assist with walking, transfers, and daily activities
• Watch for changes in resident health and report concerns
• Keep resident rooms and common areas safe and comfortable
• Follow care plans and safety procedures
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Help create a warm and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Caring and compassionate attitude
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
