Business Development & Operations Manager

A growing marine and pipeline services company is looking for a relationship-driven Business Development & Operations Manager to help expand its presence across South Louisiana.The company has an experienced crew, established barge spread, and the operational infrastructure needed to execute projects. What they need is someone who knows the market, understands the players, and can generate new business opportunities within the pipeline, marine construction, and industrial maintenance sectors.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a blend of business development, operations, project management, or pipeline construction experience who has strong industry relationships and wants to play a significant role in a growing organization.What You'll DoIdentify and develop new business opportunities within pipeline construction, maintenance, repair, and replacement projects.Build and maintain relationships with owner/operators, EPCs, contractors, and government agencies.Leverage existing industry contacts to create opportunities across the Gulf Coast market.Support estimating, project planning, and operational execution as needed.Serve as a key liaison between customers and field operations.Help drive growth across marine construction, pipeline services, and civil infrastructure projects.Collaborate with leadership to develop market strategies and expand customer relationships.Ideal ExperienceBusiness development, account management, operations management, or project management experience.Strong network within the Gulf Coast energy, marine, pipeline, or civil construction markets.Understanding of pipeline maintenance, repair, replacement, and construction projects.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and identify new revenue opportunities.Why Consider This Opportunity?Established operational team and equipment already in place.Strong leadership support and flexibility to shape the role.Opportunity to make an immediate impact on company growth.Open to candidates from operations, project management, or business development backgrounds.Significant earning potential tied to company growth and performance.Benefits401(k) with matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceEmployee assistance programLife insurancePaid time off, holidays, and more
