Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Seeking a motivated assistant project manager ready to take the next step ready to take the next step in their career (or a current Project Manager) and join a reputable firm as a Project Manager. You will focus on commercial projects within the TI space! This opportunity offers room for career growth, hybrid flexibility, and industry-leading compensation package. This Minneapolis based construction company is a leading General Contractor. They are a leader in the MN market with many excellent clients and a steady pipeline of local projects. This company is looking to add a Project Manager to its rapidly growing team to work on a large upcoming pipeline. Description Provide leadership and direction on commercial construction projects Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning Implement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly Reports Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submittal submittalTrain and develop the Project team and schedule project resources Profile 3+ years of construction experience Strong background in leading projects Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to work in a fast paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team The desire to grow their career professionally Strong track record with client relationships Job Offer 401k plan with company contributions Profit Sharing Performance based Bonus potential Fast Tracked career progression Gas Card Competitive Family Health Insurance Plans Short term/Long term disability Referral Bonus Sign on Bonus Seeking a motivated assistant project manager ready to take the next step ready to take the next step in their career (or a current Project Manager) and join a reputable firm as a Project Manager.
