Location: Virginia Beach, VA (in-clinic) Salary: $90,000-$105,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No nights or weekends! Wfh options available.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

The role We are seeking a full-time, passionate BCBA to join our team in a hybrid position. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
