Responsibilities

Client Management: Effectively manage and nurture existing commercial client accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth by pursuing new business prospects and fostering relationships with potential clients.

Policy Expertise: Stay informed about the latest industry policies and product developments to offer accurate and professional advice to clients.

Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiations, utilizing keen bargaining skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the agency and the clients.

Risk Assessment: Analyze clients' portfolios to identify potential risks and propose appropriate insurance solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to tailor policies that best fit clients' needs.

Requirements

Licensing: A current Florida Property Casualty License is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.

Client Focused: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

Tech Proficient: Comfortable with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
