Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 36 or 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS accepted)
• Proficient Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must clearly indicate the EMR/charting system used; if multiple systems were used in one role, dates clarifying usage of each system must be provided
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or have been employed by an organization in a similar capacity
• No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in an acute care facility setting
