Thatcher's BBQ in Trenton, GA is looking for one prep cook to join our team. We are located on 12366 Main Street. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for cooking and can handle large batch cooking. Hours are Monday-Saturday 9-3.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare large batches
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, slice meat and vegetables
• Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience as a Prep Cook is a plus but not required
