Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners as a Special Education Teacher working with 2nd and 3rd grade students in an ESN setting. Based near Lancaster, CA, this full-time contract opportunity runs from August 13, 2026, through June 9, 2027, and offers the chance to provide supportive, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs. Key Qualifications:

• Active California mild/moderate teaching credentials (required)
• Previous experience in special education, specifically with ESN (Extensive Support Needs) caseloads, is preferred
• Strong instructional, behavioral, and classroom management skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to 2nd and 3rd grade students in a special education classroom
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success
• Manage and update IEPs to track and report progress
• Implement evidence-based interventions to maximize student growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
