Benefits Sign-On Bonus — up to $10,000.00 15 shifts per month Top hourly rates Performance-based increases Annual production incentive program Fewer days, focused shifts Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on-call, and limited weekends Clinics are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter; early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match – up to 4% Employees and direct family members enjoy a flat-rate fee for clinic visits and services Employee referral bonus program AI transcription for charting Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Physician Assistant Master’s degree (Physician Assistant) and state license required Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals Respect and autonomy in decision-making Team-based approach to patient care ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed) Compensation Physician Assistant (PA): $55.00 - $84.00 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
