White Glove Community Care, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist and Speech Language Pathologist to join our School Position team in Trenton, NJ. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients with diminished physical capabilities live independently and achieve their full potential. About the Role:

As an OT or SLP with White Glove Community Care, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and cognitive abilities. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to identify and address specific needs and goals. Your expertise will help patients develop the skills necessary to perform daily living activities, participate in meaningful occupations, and maintain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' physical and cognitive abilities

• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with healthcare teams and families

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient treatment and progress

• Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist/ Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Strong clinical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams
