The Role:

• Location: Granbury, TX 76048
• Assignment duration: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Call Only
• Shift Type: Per diem weekend coverage; expect coverage starting at noon on Friday until 7:00 AM Monday for most weekends.
• Cases: Obstetrics and Gynecology coverage including low- and high-risk pregnancies (low risk required, high risk preferred), fetal heart rate interpretation (NST/CST/FSE), OB ultrasounds Level I screening, amniocentesis, routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps), decision-making for and performing C-sections, complicated deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, and surgical gynecology (laparoscopic diagnostic/minor and operative/major procedures).
• Average Call #'s per 24hrs: 5-7 Phone consults, 2-4 Patients Seen, 2-4 Admissions
• EMR: Athena/Medhost
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Please inquire with recruiter.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
