We are searching for a skilled and motivated Plumbing Operations Manager to join our team in Jackson, WI. A valid Wisconsin Master Plumber license is highly preferred for this role as it combines hands-on plumbing expertise, team leadership, and regulatory oversight. This key role would be responsible for doing ride alongs while also working in the field to bring in revenue. Other responsibilities include site safety, plumbing repairs, site field reports and supervision of other plumbers.
