***Exciting, 6-month contract opportunity in Irving, TX. Position will pay $20/hour.***

Summary/objective
A Returns Specialist is an entry-level position that plays a crucial role in managing returned Blue Driver and Blue Driver Max devices in our Barrington office. This position processes returns from point of intake through final disposition of disposal or resell.
Essential functions
• Receive devices, either direct from buyer or via batch shipment from warehouse, and initiate intake process to ensure proper tracking of inventory.
• Test returned devices, recording results in system of record (Salesforce)
• Identify items that are viable for redistribution and resale based on inspection and testing
• Perform basic cosmetic refurbishing of returned devices such as replacing the housing unit
• Repackage and ship Blue Driver and Blue Driver Max devices that meet quality standards
• Resolve discrepancies between return documentation and physical Blue Driver products
• Collaborate with various departments such as customer service, sales, and procurement to resolve discrepancies, process returns, and ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment

Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Problem solving skills
• Efficient computer and data entry skills.

Excel and organizational skills needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
