SAP Security & BASIS Consultant

Key Responsibilities SAP Security: Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations on Azure-hosted systems. Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and BFSI regulations. Perform user provisioning, role testing, and segregation of duties (SoD) checks. Configure secure communication (SSL/TLS) and encryption. Monitor, audit, and remediate access violations; provide security sign-offs. Collaborate with BASIS and Azure teams for identity and access management. Support GRC integration and risk analysis for migrated systems. SAP BASIS: Execute SAP system administration: client copies, transports, monitoring. Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot application/server issues. Support migration activities: export/import, SUM/DMO execution, validation. Configure RFCs, logical systems, and post-migration integration points. Maintain system health, automate routine tasks, and implement backup/recovery procedures. Collaborate with Azure infra teams for connectivity and resource provisioning. Document technical procedures and provide operational handover. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP Security & BASIS administration on Azure-hosted environments. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, GRC, and SoD frameworks. Hands-on with SAP system migrations, performance tuning, and security hardening. Proficiency in SAP user management, transports, RFCs, and system monitoring. Excellent collaboration and documentation skills for cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
