Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Aid Loan Processing & Awarding: Efficiently pull, process, and award alternative (private) student loans and Federal Direct PLUS loans in accordance with institutional, federal, and state regulations.

• Loan Modification & Lifecycle Management: Execute accurate and timely loan updates, adjustments, cancellations, and revisions for all federal and PLUS loan programs to maintain data integrity.

• Specialized Institutional Loan Administration: Manage the end-to-end processing and tracking of the school’s in-house loan program (Jamieson Loan Program), ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor intent.

• Case Management & Student Support: Oversee and resolve financial aid inquiries and workflows utilizing Salesforce CRM , ensuring a high level of customer service and timely response rates.

• Proactive Account Resolution & Follow-Up: Monitor student accounts to identify financial aid holds, incomplete applications, or missing documentation. Routinely follow up with students and families to facilitate completion and prevent funding delays.

• Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ) regulations, federal financial aid guidelines, and university data standards when handling sensitive student information.

Minimum Experience / Education:

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from high school and one year of related office experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
